The USB dongle ships with a user manual in English mainly explaining how to install the driver when connecting it to a Windows 10 computer. That’s perfectly fine for my use case, as the plan is to use it as a standalone WiFi hotspot with an unlimited 10 Mbps SIM card, and in locations with low population densities so 5GHz WiFi is not a must.
